Folk-Legacy Records, Inc., 1966. Book has soft stapled cover, 7-3/4 x 11 inches, 50 pages.

Cover and center leaf have pulled away from the rusty staples. Could be restapled. Small tears in bottom edge of some of the back pages. Some pencil notes on back page. Some stains on back cover. Book is still in good useable condition. Record is in very good condition.
